I recently had a smoothie from Nottingham called Edible Blossoms. It was amazing!! I had two different flavour.
So, I thought of creating my own smoothies for a healthier choice.
Recipe for a banana and pineapple smoothie:
- Whole pineapple
- 2/3 bananas
- 2 tablespoons of greek style yogurt (can be low fat)
- 2 glass of milk (I choose semi- skimmed)
- Sugar (optional)
Blend all of the ingredient together and taste. For a bit of kick, add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Another good drink to try is Mango lassi.
It is literally mango blended with sugar and greek style yogurt.
